Costa Cruises does not accept bookings from passengers who have entered the 24th week of pregnancy at any time of booking or embarkation, as the vessels are not equipped to offer assistance in pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women must provide a physician's letter at embarkation stating the estimated date of delivery and confirming that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel, and the pregnancy is not at risk. Costa Cruises will not be held responsible for any event that occurs during or after the trip related to pregnancy.
