Please ensure that you redeem your onboard credit at least 10 days prior to your sailing date. You can click on the provided link to redeem your credit. After redeeming, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction and we will add the credit to your onboard account 2 weeks before your sailing date. Once onboard, you can confirm the credit by checking your stateroom television or by looking for a card in your cabin that indicates the credit has been applied to your account.
