If you have redeemed your onboard credit and we have confirmed it we add your credit 2 weeks prior to your sailing date. Some of the cruise line my accounts sections do not display credits that are paid for by us ( the travel agency). If you would like extra confirmation please feel free to ask one of our travel advisers for the cruise line amenity confirmation fax.
If you are onboard the ship and you do not see it on the ship it normally displays on the account within 24 hours. If for some reason it is not on there and the cruise line has confirmed this please contact any travel adviser and they will contact the cruise line to find out what has occured.
