Once your onboard credit has been redeemed and confirmed, we will add it to your account 2 weeks prior to your sailing date. However, please note that some cruise line accounts may not display credits that are paid for by us as the travel agency. If you require extra confirmation, please don't hesitate to ask one of our travel advisers for the cruise line amenity confirmation fax.
If you are already onboard the ship and your onboard credit is not showing up on your account, it should typically appear within 24 hours. In the rare event that it doesn't appear on your account even after confirmation from the cruise line, please contact any of our travel advisers and we will contact the cruise line to resolve the issue.
